The Winter Packages at our hotel offer you the possibility to use the varied facilities of the hotel at attractive prices.

Whether you like Spa Treatments, Walking, children’s activities, Skiing or Culinary Delights – you are sure to find the offers you wished for on your holiday.

You are free on any evening to dine in the „Alexander“. For the replaced half board meal you will receive a refund of €20 per person during the winter season.

Discounts for children
Children under the age of 3 sleep free in the parent’s room. The following reductions apply for older children: 4-6 years: 80 %, 7-12 years: 50 % and from 13 years: 10 %.

All prices are in Euro and, if not specified otherwise, are valid per person.
The Austrian contract terms for Hotels apply.
Up to two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival day, no cancellation charges apply. After this period, we charge 70 % of the price of accommodation. Errors and changes excluded.

Included in the room rate:

• Sumptuous breakfast buffet, with a chef attending to your wishes
• 4-course meal of your choice, salad bar
• Dessert buffet once a week
• Once a week we serve you cold and warm starters with various pasta dishes form the buffet
• In the afternoon, from 3 to 4 pm we offer our "Skijause" in the Lamark-Stadl
• Fresh and seasonal fruit in the lounge the whole day
• Indoor pool, Tyrolean “Stuben” sauna, herbal steam bath, whirlpool, “Fitarium” relaxation booth, fitness equipment
• Ski storage, with direct access to the skiing resort
• Free parking in front of the hotel

The Winter Packages of our hotel offer you the possibility to use the rich infrastructure of the hotel at favourable prices. 
You are sure to find the right offer for your holidays, no matter what you are looking for; be it spa treatments, hiking, children’s activities, skiing fun  or gourmet pleasures.
The “Alexander” restaurant is open for your dining pleasure every evening. During the winter season, we will redeem the half-board dinner with € 20.- per person.

Against surcharge:

Children discounts:
Children up to 3 years of age stay for free in their parents’ room
4-6 years 80% reduction
7-12 years 50% reduction
from 13 years 10% reduction

Mini-break at the Lamark hotel:
If you have just a few days …For short stays of up to two nights, we will charge an additional € 10.- per person and day.

Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, your room will be available as from 3:00 in the afternoon. Please leave your room by 11:00 am on the day of your departure.

Payment:
We prefer cash or EC card, but accept VISA and Mastercard, too.

Surcharge for New Year’s Eve:
€ 60,- per person older than 12

Pets:
We hope you will understand that pets will only be accepted if agreed upon beforehand and only if you book a room of the “Snowflake” category.
We will charge € 15.-- per day and animal without food.

Cancellation:
Cancellation up to two weeks before your scheduled arrival will not entail any cancellation fees. If you cancel less than two weeks before your scheduled arrival, we will charge 70% of your room fee.

Down payment:
Please make a down payment of € 350.-- per room to our account to secure your booking.

Room category:
We hope you will understand that we will be pleased to confirm the category of room booked, but not the floor or room number.

Redemption:
If you book a table at the “Alexander” restaurant during your stay, we will redeem the half-board dinner with 20.- per person.auf die Halbpension bei Reservierung im Restaurant Alexander pro Person € 20,-
